Day two menu for cleanse.

Here is the day two menu so that you can all get your produce together.
Remember, drink lots and lots of water.

Breakfast

6 tomatoes
2 carrots
2 stalks of celery
1/2 red pepper
Generous handful of spinach
generous handful of green cabbage
1 cucumber

Flavor shot

1/4 pineapple
1 mango
Generous handful of watermelon

Snack

Housemade almond milk (4-6 oz.) blended w/raspberries (1 container)

Lunch

1/2 head of red cabbage
3 beets
Seeds of 1/2 pomegranate
1 pint of strawberries
Generous handful of kale
Juice of 1 lime

Snack

Housemade almond milk (4-6 oz.) blended w/blueberries (about a 1/2 cup)

Flavor shot (optional)

Ginger (add as much or as little as you like)
1/2 cucumber
A handful of mint

Dinner

Generous bunch of swiss chard
Generous bunch of spinach
Generous bunch of kale
2 beets
Seeds of 1/2 pomegranate
1 apple
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lime

Dessert (optional)

1/4 head of cauliflower
Coconut (as much as you can scrape out of an actual coconut)
1/2 Papaya
1 mango
1 orange
